Objectives

CLUB

1. To maintain a meritocratic football club.
2. To ensure a sustainable financial and footballing environment.
3. To maintain a fun and successful social element.
4. To promote fair play and maintain the club’s good standing.
5. To maintain a formal youth development system to ensure sustainability.

1st TEAM

1. To achieve promotion to MSFL Premier Division by September 2011
2. To achieve and maintain a top 3 finish in the MSFL Premier Division by 2014
3. To win at least 2 cup competitions by 2014

2nd TEAM

1. To achieve promotion to and maintain a place in MSFL Division 2 or higher by 2014
2. To win at least 1 cup competition by 2014

COLTS TEAM

1. To achieve promotion to and maintain a place in MSFL Division 6 or higher by 2014
2. To win at least 1 cup competition by 2014
3. For 6 Colts players to play in the Reserve team or higher each season
4. To attract 10 new Colts players each season

VETS TEAM

1. To maintain a competitive vets team

Notes:

• Meritocratic to be measured by the promotion of players into higher teams
• Financial sustainability to be measured by continued solvency and good practice
• Footballing sustainability to be measured by achieving the goals set for each team and the continued introduction of new (hopefully) young players
• ‘Social fun and success’ to be measured by attendance at social events and at the pub post game.
